Hopefully this
will never happen to you, but sometimes Adobe Acrobat Reader displays
ugly looking text. This is a rare occurrence and there is a way
to fix it.
From within Acrobat
Reader, both Windows and Macintosh users can click the File menu,
then Preferences, and finally General. This will open a new dialog
box with a bunch of options on it. The one we are concerned with
is "Smooth Text & Images." Just make sure that box
is checked and click "OK." This will ensure that all your
text looks like the paragraph below and to the right, not the garbled
one to the left.
